A Magic5 Pro bűvésztrükk helyett minőségi iparosmunka a legjobb értemben: nem csak a Samsung vagy az Apple tud hibátlanul egyberakott, vízálló kamerás mindenest alkotni 5G modemmel. Viszont 530 ezerért most már a Honor is tud megdöbbentően árazni, és bár nem mond le a Google csomagról, plusz a WiFi 7 is megvan, 512 GB-os tároló, a Huawei-től pedig átkerült a ronggyá optimalizált szoftver és pár kamerás trükk, azért ez irtózatosan durva összeg egy magát újraépítő, alacsonyabb árairól ismert márkától.
A Honor elérte a célját és sikerült minden, a megjelenéséig kiadott mobiltelefont maga mögé utasítania a DXOMark listáján a maga 152 pontjával. A Huawei Mate 50 Pro és az Oppo Find X6 csak kicsivel maradtak le, ahogy az Apple és a Google készülékei is csak pár ponttal kaptak kevesebbet. A megjelenés után nem sokkal azonban megérkezett a Huawei új mobilja, a Huawei P60 Pro és bizony átvette a vezetést 156 ponttal.
Összességében nem sok negatívumot lehet elmondani a Honor Magic5 Pro készülékről, ellenben pozitívat annál többet: irgalmatlan erős kijelző és teljesítmény, remek funkciók, kiváló kamerarendszer, évekig biztosan megfelelő CPU és GPU, emellé frissítési garancia. Ami viszont picit megingatja a mérleg nyelvét, az a visszafogott töltés és az ár.
The Honor Magic 5 Pro is a serious upgrade over its predecessor, fixing a lot of the gripes we’ve had with it in our review. The display seems more uniform, its weight is much more balanced and less top-heavy, and it doesn’t lose any of the features that made its predecessor special. It’s the first Honor flagship phone I can recommend, even with the caveats mentioned in this review.
The Magic 5 Pro is an excellent return from Honor, and a sign that the flagship form it found in last year’s Magic 4 Pro was no fluke. On display and battery life this phone can duke it out with the best, and the camera does enough to earn its place in that conversation too.

The Honor Magic 5 Pro shows Honor inching forward in its attempts towards really challenging the leading Android phones on the market right now. The Magic 5 Pro has a lot to love, and ultimately very little that lets it down. It's hugely powerful, has a gorgeous display, three great cameras that perform well across the board and a solid design. The camera bump and design may divide opinion but we didn't mind it - it's a talking point at the very least.
Our verdict The Honor Magic5 Pro is an incredibly powerful smartphone featuring a top-notch display, speakers, chipset, cameras, and charging options on the market, all wrapped into a beautiful and unique IP68-rated body. The Magic5 Pro easily aced our display and battery tests, and it was pretty fast to charge. We also found its speakers to be loud enough and its performance to be flagship worthy.
With the Magic5 Pro, Honor continues to improve its predecessor, offering an overall package that includes powerful technology and doesn't have to hide from any competitors. Particularly in terms of security, Honor takes an additional step, introducing a dedicated security chipset for the first time, and it is currently also the only Android smartphone with 3D face recognition.
The Honor Magic 5 Pro has all the makings of being the phone to well and truly put Honor on the mobile map. Its design will divide opinion, but there are enough premium specs here to consider Honor’s latest flagship among this year’s best Android handsets.

In conclusion, the Honor Magic 5 Pro impresses with its original design, exceptional camera module, powerful performance, and great battery life. With a top-of-the-line processor and fast charging technology, this phone is a great option for power users who demand high performance from their devices. The versatile camera system is a standout feature, offering impressive zoom capabilities and excellent night shot performance.
Honor could have made a different call on the front-facing camera, and a little tweaking of the camera might get the phone to reduce overexposing highlights at night. But those are two tiny, easy-to-ignore qualms in an otherwise complete package, and one by the way that is slimmer, lighter, and probably cheaper (depending on the deal you find) than the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra.
The Magic 5 Pro has a gorgeous design that is sure to turn heads, and it is rocking the latest hardware, bringing it on par with the best phones available today. You also get a vibrant screen that's one of the brightest around, excellent battery life with fast wired and wireless charging, and all the extras you could want.
Honor has put together a compelling package in the Magic 5 Pro. It's beefed up the battery and strengthened its camera arrangement compared to the previous model. Of everything, however, it's the super-bright screen that's my favourite feature. But it's not a perfect device: some software irks hold it back and the design won't be for everyone either. But the price point is compelling, which is where Honor has been savvy.
The HONOR Magic5 Pro is one of the best flagship devices in 2023. It has a beautiful 6.81-inch LTPO OLED display with accurate colors, an impressive 50MP camera setup on the back, a long-lasting battery life with fast charging, and a gorgeous design. If you're after raw power and one of the best devices for photography, the Magic5 Pro is an excellent choice.
The Honor Magic5 Pro climbs the smartphone throne, and rightly so. High-quality technology, great performance, a camera that leaves nothing to be desired, and great benchmark results.
The Magic5 Pro is competing in an increasingly crowded flagship smartphone space. Aside from vivo, other flagship smartphones are equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, offering similar levels of CPU and GPU performance across the board. During my review however, the device performed in an excellent way and I really enjoyed it!
