A Buds2 egyik legjobb tulajdonsága, hogy apró és könnyű létére nem követel kompromisszumot üzemidő terén: aktív zajszűréssel 4 óra körüli valós üzemidő elérhető a fülhallgatóval, kikapcsolva pedig 7-8 órányi zenehallgatásra számíthatunk, ami nagyon jó a 61 mAh-s telepektől. A tok 472 mAh-s, a gyakorlatban körülbelül háromszor tölti fel a füleseket, tehát napi aktív használattal számolva heti két töltés is beiktatható, akár vezeték nélkül, arra alkalmas mobilunk hátlapján vagy Qi töltőpadon.
A Galaxy Buds 2 hozza a középkategóriás TWS élményt, ahova szánta azt a Samsung. The Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 isn't a breakout set of earbuds, but it does its job well as an everyday headset. The sound quality is sure to please most listers and the noise cancelling, while not the best, is quite good for the price. Even still, you might find it hard to justify this compared to the more advanced Galaxy Buds Pro and more comfortable (and affordable) Galaxy Buds Plus.
The Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 are a huge improvement over the originals, offering active noise cancellation, better sound quality, and a great fit. While they’re not the best true wireless earbuds out there, they’re easily one of the best for Samsung smartphone owners who want perfect synchronicity with their Galaxy gear.
The Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 are very good for commute and travel. They're small and lightweight, making it easy to put them in your pocket or bag when you're on the go. They also have a comfortable, stable in-ear fit and have an ANC system that can block out the low rumble of bus and plane engines as well as ambient chatter around you. Unfortunately, their continuous battery life of under five hours may not be enough to get you through your trip without pausing to recharge them.
Samsung’s latest earbuds are undoubtedly a step up from both the Galaxy Buds and Galaxy Buds Plus. Active noise cancellation could be more effective but is a welcome inclusion, and the Buds 2 deliver bass-rich audio likely to please mainstream consumers. Handy Galaxy-specific features within the comprehensive Wearable companion app make the Buds 2 a fine choice for Samsung smartphone owners, and they have a slight edge over the Buds Pro in terms of fit and battery life.

The Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 offers plenty of functionality at an attainable price. Sound is both versatile and vibrant, ranking just below the Galaxy Buds Pro, which is impressive. Despite falling short of its claims, Samsung’s ANC technology is still a viable option for blocking out unwanted noises. The different audio settings allow for unique personalization when indulging in music and videos. You’ll enjoy great all-day comfort as well.
The Samsung Galaxy Buds2 are worth the price tag if you’re an Android or Samsung Galaxy user. Access to your own Galaxy Wearable app will enhance what is already a sophisticated sound experience, allowing you to tailor your music to your ears and connect with other devices (although not all at once).
As I said in the intro, the Galaxy Buds 2's standout feature is really their design. Not only are these earbuds smaller and lighter than the Buds Plus and the line-topping Buds Pro, but they nestle in your ears nicely and are relatively discreet. In some ways they remind of the Beats Studio Buds, which also cost $150 and are compact and lightweight.
Unfortunately, that doesn't take away the single caveat of the earbuds' sound: the Buds 2 might not not be loud enough for the most loud listeners. It may not be the most versatile pair of wireless earbuds with so many of its features executed poorly, but at around $100, the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 may be worth it for its sound alone. It's the best sounding affordable TWS.
The Galaxy Buds 2 didn’t need to blow the doors off to be a success. They’re destined to become the default pick for many Android phone owners — especially once the sales, discounts, and bundles with new phones start hitting. They sound perfectly good, fit comfortably, and perform reliably. But above all else, I’m taken with just how compact and low-profile these earbuds are. Just like its latest foldables, the Galaxy Buds 2 are evidence that Samsung isn’t sitting still. It’s hitting on all cylinders.
Sadly, the sonic recipe still needs work if Samsung is to challenge the budget-friendly class leaders. The Buds 2 are more energetic than Samsung’s previous true wireless propositions and there’s a pleasing bass weight, but the mix is a little too forward-focused and it is impossible to ignore the harshness through the treble.
The tight integration with Samsung hardware is a real selling point. Increasingly, I feel like you should just get whichever earbuds your phone manufacturer makes, if that's possible. If you don't have a Samsung phone, the Buds 2 will work like any other Bluetooth audio device, and they might still be worth buying. You should not, however, buy the Buds2 if you have (or might purchase) an iPhone. The Buds2 work as a Bluetooth device on iOS, of course, but there's no app support, so you can't change settings or adjust the EQ.
The Samsung Galaxy Buds2 deliver solid noise cancellation and audio performance for the price, edging out the more expensive Galaxy Buds Pro. That said, the earpieces could be easier to handle, we'd like to see more granular EQ controls, and the low water-resistance rating is disappointing. For the best in true wireless noise cancellation, you'll have to spend more on the $280 Bose QuietComfort Earbuds or Sony WF-1000XM4. For under $200, Anker's Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pro earphones deliver the best mix of sound quality and noise cancellation, along with better water resistance, earning our Editors' Choice award.
Samsung managed to add some meaningful improvements to the Galaxy Buds2. The mic performance is excellent, the ANC is very competitive, and the overall fit and comfort are outstanding. The Buds2 are also reasonably priced, and the integration with Samsung devices is a bonus.Too bad that they drop the ball when it comes to sound quality. The bass on these are good if you like sub-bass, but not as satisfying if you prefer some meaty mid-bass. Male vocals sound thinned out, while the treble peak is distractingly sharp.
For me, it comes down to the jewelry comparison; compact and comfortable as they are, with nearly all-day battery life, it's possible to leave the Buds 2 in your ear and forget they're there, activating the ambient mode when you need to engage with the world, quickly turning back to music, podcast or just sweet ANC-enhanced silence when you want. Of course, they're far from perfect — the microphones leave a lot to be desired — but they're still among the best wireless earbuds under $200, a title that fits pretty nicely.
