A Xiaomi 12 Lite-ban a Snapdragon 778G dolgozik, vagyis hardveresen nem történt előrelépés, de a mai napig egy nagyon versenyképes megoldásról van szó, ami kellően erős és takarékos. Ehhez jön kiszereléstől függően 6 vagy 8 GB RAM. illetve 128 vagy 256 GB belső tárhely.
Az akkumulátor kapacitása 4300 mAh, és támogatja a 67 W-os gyorstöltést, ráadásul a megfelelő adapter ott lesz a dobozban. A rendszer Android 12-re épülő MIUI 13, és említést érdemel még a duál SIM foglalat, illetve hogy mindkét kártyával ki tudjuk használni az 5G hálózatokat.

The Xiaomi 12 Lite seems like a solid "lite" version of the more expensive Xiaomi 12X, vanilla 12 and 12 Pro. It maintains a relatively competitive price tag that, also makes sense in the Xiaomi 12 series while retaining some high-end features. А speedy 67W fast charging, flagship-grade OLED panel, big 108MP main sensor and boxy, catchy design make a compelling case. And camera performance is pretty solid, too.
The Xiaomi 12 is an attractive flagship phone that’s a little rough around the edges. While its small form, attractive design and fast charging ensure it plays well in the big leagues, its cameras, display and software experience are only ‘okay’. Given that this is a high-price flagship phone, we had hoped for better.
But enough on this tangent. As for the haptics of the Xiaomi 12 Lite, vibration taps when adjusting sliders or typing on a virtual keyboard feel nice and reassuring, if a bit anemic. But then again, I doubt anyone is looking for bone-crushing haptics either. If you're worried about the weird, hollow-feeling haptics you may have felt on some other phones in this price range, that's not the case with the Xiaomi 12 Lite.
With the 12 Lite, Xiaomi has once again made a good mid-range smartphone that stands out from its predecessors, particularly in visual terms. The greater weight and less slim build of the device no longer provide the wow-factor we got as a first impression of the 11 Lite 5G and 11 Lite 5G NE, although the phone is still comparatively light.
The Xiaomi 12 Lite is another impressively slim and stylish mid-range phone from the brand. It’s a pleasure to use day to day, particularly when it comes to the phone’s excellent AMOLED display and snappy performance. Xiaomi’s phone falls behind rivals such as the OnePlus Nord 2T and the Realme 9 Pro Plus when it comes to camera quality and battery life, however. It’s a classy phone overall, but it doesn’t quite mix it with the very best in its class.
The Xiaomi 12 Lite is a very solid mid-range phone. The lightweight construction is a comfortable change from the heavier alternatives found at this price point, plus the squre-edged design is both modern and makes it easier to hold in the hand. Performance is again very good, as are the cameras if you want something for social media platforms. The software can be a bit clunky at times, and the overly sensitive display takes a little getting used to, but these are minor gripes compared to all the other benefits on offer.

The Xiaomi 12 Lite is a fun selfie-focused phone that does a good job in most areas, combining rich styling with a great screen. While you can get the phone's rear camera mix for less, and its battery life could be better, its front camera helps it stand out. And thanks to decent performance when compared to key competition like the Galaxy A53 5G, this could be a great shout if you want a stylish phone with a knack for taking good selfies on a budget.
Xiaomi's gunning for the Samsung Galaxy A53 5G with its 12 Lite. This slim phone successfully marries classical styling with fun colour options, a cracking screen and some fancy features like an under-display fingerprint scanner. While its battery life is only ever fine, and the phone's camera mix struggles when the lights drop, it's nevertheless a better package than most of its competition.
The Xiaomi 12 Lite comes with hardware that is reliable in daily use, you get a camera that takes great photos in challenging situations, and the battery lasts all day and charges in just over 45 minutes. The software is free of any ads and doesn't have as much bloatware as previous generations, but you'll only get two platform updates. This is a good mid-range phone, but it doesn't stand out in any one area, and with rivalry intensifying in this category, Xiaomi hasn't done enough to differentiate the phone.
If you love the Apple aesthetic but are more of an Android fan (or can’t stomach the price of the latest iPhone) the Xiaomi 12 Lite is a convincing alternative – at least on the style front. The eye-catching colours and palm-pleasing shape certainly help it stand out from the latest bunch of mainstream mid-rangers running Google’s OS.
Xiaomi 12 Lite left me with a very pleasant impression. Throughout the testing, I had to remind myself that I was not dealing with a flagship, so I had to look for some weaknesses. The only such drawback for me was the macro camera, which, to be honest, is completely pointless in this set, you could easily do without it. As for the other aspects, the developers have calculated everything correctly.
The lightweight eye-popping design makes the Xiaomi 12 Lite an attractive option for people wanting an exciting new smartphone, and the price seals the deal. For people wanting a mid-range device that delivers features and a modern design, few phones compare to what the Xiaomi 12 Lite brings to the table.
